Nicosilos are made out of exceptionally strong and durable polyester high tenacity fabric with a low extension characteristic.
Nicosilos are quick and easy to assemble. The frame structure is lightweight and foldable.
Nicosilos can be designed in almost every dimension up to 20 tonnes load, without the need of making any special alterations to existing floors and buildings. This results in a very efficient use of your limited storage space.
Nicosilos are easy to connect to any peripheral equipment such as weighing scales, level indicators, etc.

Silo Bag

For the production pf the silo bag various types of high tenacity polyester fabric can be selected. These very strong synthetic fabrics have a very low elongation reducing the risk of silo deformation at peak loads. The required fabric will be defined depending on the specific characteristics of the stored products either a version permeabled to vapour and gas, an impervious damp-proof quality or an anti-static or air permeable fabric.

Nicosilo

The Nicosilo is the solutin for the storage and transit of light bulk materials expanded granular foam and chips (EPS, EPE, EPP), wood pellets, of small plastic parts (caps, bottles), but also of cattle-fodder and many other granular materials.

Siloframe

The design of the galvanized tubular steel frame fully depends on the maximum bulk density in your silo. Therefore the frame never will be heavier, thus never more expensive than required for your specific bulk materials.

The Nicosilo is custom-made, taking anti account the available space in your covered area. So no loss of valuable floor capacity. Special structural provisions for the flor or the building are not required. Moreover, service platforms, steps and cage ladders, forming a whole with the frame, can be supplied and assembled ready for use.
